Distribuer la lotion solaire FPS 30 dans la main et appliquer sur le corps. Appliquer généreusement 15 minutes avant l'exposition au soleil et laisser absorber. Renouveler l'application au moins toutes les deux heures. Renouveler fréquemment l'application de la crème solaire après avoir nagé ou transpiré, ou après un séchage à la serviette.
