  • As a Business Development Representative, you will manage a portfolio of assigned clients while prioritizing business development aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Territory: Portneuf and surrounding areas (St-Raymond, Pont-Rouge, Shawinigan, St-Augustin, La Tuque, etc.)

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales and business development with existing clients while prospecting new accounts to increase market share.
  • Develop business opportunities aligned with the company’s goals, with a strong focus on an omnichannel approach.
  • Regularly plan and revise your strategic development plan to meet sales targets.
  • Provide requested activity reports, strategic plans, and analyses.
  • Regularly participate in sales meetings.
  • Attend industry conventions, employer-organized seminars, and other job-related events (e.g., warehouse sales, special events, etc.).


We want to meet you if you have:

  • Training in hairdressing or aesthetics (an asset)
  • A high school diploma
  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience (B2B)
  • Strong skills in social media, technology, and remote work
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Solid experience in consumer goods sales
  • Passion for sales and strong B2B selling techniques
  • A strong business development mindset (sales- and results-oriented, while maintaining excellent customer service)
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
