Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you order, this information will be indicated on your order form.

Delivery address

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. This period is used to accept and approve your order by the credit department. Depending on the delivery region and the time your order is placed on our website, the standard delivery time is 1 to 7 business days after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimated only and are calculated from the order date. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.

Delivery costs

A fixed fee applies to all orders. The amount will be displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order.

  • PENDING: Your order will be processed within a reasonable time frame
  • ON HOLD BAG: Your order is awaiting acceptance
  • IN CREDIT APP: Your order is awaiting approval by the credit department
  • IN PREPARATION: Your order is being prepared in the warehouse
  • INVOICED: Your order has left our warehouse and is being delivered or has already been delivered
