Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, this information will be indicated on your order form.

Delivery address

Orders will be delivered to the address you provided on our payment page on the website.

Beauté Star delivers throughout Canada, with the exception of Newfoundland, the Northwest Territories and Yukon.

delivery time

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. This timeframe allows the credit department to process and approve your order. Depending on the delivery region and the time your order is placed on our website, the standard delivery time is 1 to 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the order date. They are indicative only and subject to acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.

Delivery costs

A fixed fee applies to all orders. The amount will be shown in your shopping cart when you place your order.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory where the order is shipped.

Items damaged during transport

Web order status

  • PENDING: Your order will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • BAG HELD: Your order is pending acceptance
  • IN APP CREDIT: Your order is pending approval by the credit department
  • IN PREPARATION: Your order is being prepared in the warehouse
  • INVOICED: Your order has left our warehouse and is in transit or has already been delivered
