Marketing Manager

YOUR MISSION

To ensure the planning, coordination, and deployment of marketing initiatives, in close collaboration with internal teams and manufacturers, to support promotional activities and maximize sales performance.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY

  • Manage and coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Supervise and motivate a creative team.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-ups with manufacturers and internal teams (sales, purchasing, marketing).
  • Participate in the implementation of promotions, launches, and sales events.
  • Ensure the deployment of advertising campaigns and in-store displays.
  • Oversee the creation, writing, and quality of marketing tools.
  • Manage monthly and event-based promotions, and promotional items.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies with the Marketing Director.
  • Negotiate and market media plans with business partners.
  • Develop marketing activations to maximize in-store visibility.

* The accomplishment of tasks related to this position requires proficiency in spoken and written English. The incumbent will need to communicate daily with suppliers located outside of Quebec, many of whom cannot offer services in French. These exchanges concern complex operational and technical issues.
