Main responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take orders
- Advise clients on products and answer their questions
- Review and validate orders received through different channels
- Assist clients on the website
- Offer promotions by phone
- Follow up on orders with carriers
- Manage client emails
- Respond via chat and social media (e.g., Facebook)
- Perform all other related tasks
We want to meet you if:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good written French
- Sense of initiative and customer service oriented
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Sales skills (B2B and B2C)
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of web tools (website, Facebook, chat)
- Fast and comfortable typing skills
- Hairdressing or aesthetics training (asset)
- Passion for customer service
