Beauté Star is looking for a Social Media Manager creative and strategic to manage all of its social media platforms.
The selected individual will play a key role in developing, managing and analyzing our digital presence, while ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand image.

Main responsibilities

Strategy and content creation

• Create engaging content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and engage with the company's social media accounts.
• Being comfortable in front of the camera and actively participating in content creation.
• Interact with the community and respond to comments and messages.
• Monitor trends constantly and integrate them into the strategy.
• Ensure consistency of brand image across all platforms.

Collaboration and leadership

• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Coordinate content creation with the UGC agency and internal experts.
• Participate in influencer marketing strategy and collaborations with content creators.
• Working closely with the marketing and creative teams.

Analysis and performance

• Analyze the results and propose optimizations.
• Ensure the planning and monitoring of projects and adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Qualification

• Over 3 years of proven experience in social media management
• University studies in communication/marketing or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in tools (video editing, analytics, Canva) and platforms
• Excellent command of French
• Experience in the retail sector (an asset)
• Experience working with influencers (an asset)
• Understanding SEO metrics
