What types of challenges await you?

The business development representative manages an assigned client base while prioritizing the primary objective of business development in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Territory: New Brunswick


Sales and Business Development

  • To make sales and develop business with existing clients and to prospect for new clients in order to increase the company's market share.
  • Develop business in line with the company's objectives while maintaining the omni-channel priority.
  • Strategically plan and regularly update one's development plan in order to achieve the set sales targets.
  • Provide the activity reports, analyses, and strategic development plans as requested.
  • Regularly attend sales meetings.
  • Attend conferences and seminars that are organized from time to time by the employer, as well as any other activities related to their job (for example: warehouse sales, special sales, etc.).

We want to meet you if:

  • Training in hairdressing or aesthetics (an asset).
  • High school diploma.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct sales (B to B).
  • Very comfortable with social media management, technology, and remote work.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Communication skills.
  • Good negotiator, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Skills recognized in the sale of consumer goods.
  • Passionate about sales. Highly skilled in sales techniques (B2B).
  • A keen sense for business development (sales and results-oriented without neglecting customer service quality).
  • Bilingualism (oral and written).
